Life Enhancement Program
Apex Assisted Living’s community enjoys an active and varied lifestyle guided by our Life Enhancement Program, which nurtures the whole person. Our programming consists of ongoing learning opportunities, engaging games and social events, mental health stimulation activities, and both indiviudal and group activities that incorporate our family culture.

Apex Assisted Living specializes in attending to the physical needs associated with activities of daily living, in addition to delivering relationship-centered care for mind, body, and spirit.
Emphasis is placed on supplementing a resident’s health plan, as directed by their primary doctor, with natural programming that improve health. We have our own organic garden where our private chef incorporates those vegetables into anti-inflammatory diet. We also focus on minfulness, sleep, and more.
